Lantower Edgewater Apartments

Overall, living at Edgewater has been a great experience. It is an affordable and nice community to call home. There's a beautiful little lake in the back and it's perfect to run, walk, or take your dogs. They invested in a dog fountain in the dog park and yards on most 1st floor apartments which is an amazing investment. Maintenance is extremely nice/professional and great at their job! I have one of their phone numbers and they said to contact them anytime I needed help which is amazing to have. The community is overall great to live at.

The area and community is very nice. I’ve lived here a couple of months and everyone is always so friendly. I have dogs and they have a lot of dog friends throughout the complex. The environment is well kept and valet trash is always great since you don’t have to throw it away yourself. You also have a gorgeous pool that’s great to relax at. Would recommend.

When I moved here, we had a different staff who had little to no communication with its residents. The office hours were not the best at the time. With the change in staff, everything has been amazing since. I actually get a response back when I send in an email and the office hours have changed to reasonable days and times. Raven and Reyna have been nothing but amazing!! They really care about you and do not brush you off. I definitely recommend living here.

This place has become a truck stop. There’s always about 4-5 18-wheelers parked along the fire lane at the back of the property. Property management doesn’t do ANYTHING about it. Called the police, they say it is private property and only Lantower can and should do something about it. I feel like I live in a rest area now with all the noise from the 18-wheelers arriving, warming up their engines at early hours on weekends and it is now also an 18-wheeler repair place apparently too. Always loud noises from these 18-wheelers working on their trucks with powerful and loud power tools. Not to mention that it is such a narrow street which becomes a hazard when driving and not being able to see traffic coming through. And to top it all off, it has absolutely ruined one of the main appeals of this property which is that it backs to a pretty “lake”. Now it is covered with ugly trucks which just makes this place look like a ratchet place. Talk about “luxury”. Oh, and management never answers the phone or emails. Some people can’t go visit the office during office hours. They need to be available!! Really considering moving out as soon as my contract ends.

Management has changed so much I highly regret signing my third lease here it used to be so fun and nice now everything is a mess. No one knows what’s going on one person will tell you pay this amount then they’ll come back later oh no you didn’t pay your fees even though you paid the amount provided to you. Now you have late fees for the fees that you had no idea about unless you check the portal daily.
